Employee observation, comments and suggestion documentation are maintained by human resources department which is collected from various departments. The documentation are managed for the employee observations, comments and suggestions are given during the working times for improvement, complaints or any other form of observation that directly or indirectly impacting on the internal management system, manufacturing processes, product costing and product quality concern or any other supporting processes that observed during working time and given documents to concern supervisor for improvement, amendment or remove. Generally for the internal safety, environment concern and product and process concern employee observations, comments and suggestions are management should be very sensitive that employee is directly connected with those activities, hence there some many scope of improvement and management to overall improvement. There so many ways that management conducting employee observations, comments and suggestions during working time, mostly employee independently note in departmental diary or note, management arrange general meeting and conducting opinions etc., are root that possible collection of observations of employee.
Employee observations, comments and suggestion concern documentation are maintained by human resources department for managing records and conducting those information for improvement of internal management system and internal manufacturing and concern procedures, the records are maintained in employee observation register which is maintained by departmental supervisors, each department having its own register that recording information, employees are provides its observations, comments and suggestion that noted in register, and end of the days all the department observations are collected together that human resources department noted and reporting to management, see picture below given as example format of employee observation register for education purpose:
Employee observation register is established by internal department supervisor and its records are managed by human resources department, human resources department is conducting each observation, comments and suggestion from various departments and reporting to management for further action, to conduct reports form human resources department, management determine actions for improvement of internal management system.
