Why the PDCA sheet is prepared? What was the reason for PDCA sheet is prepared.
Actual – Starting Date of Project, Do – Date of project, Check – Date of Project, Act – Date of Project, information of the actual data of the project.
Plan – Planning for the project, what will be plan for the project, which will be planned, where perform etc…
Do – How to do all the things, how all things are manage, what to do for and how to do the improvement, enhancement, finalized project.
Check – Checking information, checking the records, inspection performance etc..
Act – Act that is all the possible actions & records information and continual improvement actions, act is the final and important part for the PDCA cycle.
