Job risk analysis process is established to ensure each job task assigned is risk free, and analyze any risk identify in task completion.

 

Job risk analysis process is prepared and established for each job running in manufacturing, production lines and supporting activities for identification of potential risk in job tasks are assigned to various departments and process owners. The job task analysis process is deployed to identify risks in jobs and managing levels of risk to provide safe work environment to each employee. The process is describe detailed information to analysts to which helps during monitoring on each job task, interactions with employees and physical verification to identify and categorized identified risks and managing levels of risk in job running in processes. In the health and safety management system requirements are each job should be hazard free and should conducted by employee without any risks, in the job unidentified risk cause fetal injuries and accidents that can trouble individual employee and process disturbance, so is important that each job should be inspected properly by analysts and managing each risks are identified during the process of job risk analysis.

 

Job risk analysis process is established in the manufacturing, production lines and supporting activities are covered and deployed by general manager and is responsible to conducting and assigned departmental jobs, identification of risk, categorized risk level and deployment of proper controls over processes to eliminate or minimize risk levels in jobs. General management is selected qualified analyst for proper analysis or each job individually, and qualified analysts are responsible for identification of risk and categorized risk level in job tasks. For the performing analysis, analysts are prepared sheet to manage each jobs for risk identification and recording the same. Job risk analysis sheet is format, which setup the one by one job tasks for identification of risks and categorized risk level to manage priority or risk levels for controls. On base of job risk analysis sheet, analysts are organize all the task against potential risks and levels and reporting to concern manager to determine possible actions to controlling over it. Concern manager is indexing risk levels as per priority and managing controls by monitoring and inspecting possibility of controls.
