Critical spares and parts documentation are established to recording information of critical spares and parts which needs immediate for maintenance activity.
Critical spares and parts documentation are prepared and deployed in the system for recording information of critical spares and parts which are important in case any machine / equipment or instruments are needs to repair and immediate spares / parts required to repairing those critical type of materials are maintained in storage as per critical spares and parts records are maintained by maintenance and same submitted to store department, the system is required to maintain stock that is in critical category mentioned by maintenance department. And the records are helps to manage those materials in store department.
Critical spares and parts are requirements of maintenance department, when any machinery, equipment, devices or instrument on failure that production or any concern process is affected, hence failure is needs to immediate replace or repair to continue production that in those cases where management is bearing direct losses and productivity that maintenance department is prepared list of the spares and parts which can affect production lines & manufacturing other processes that needs to immediate repairing, critical spares and parts records are maintained, and that records are submitted to store department where store department is stock this kind of material in stock to immediate issues for maintenance department and same the maintenance department enable to repair or replace failure part. Critical spares and parts documentation and concern collection of records are maintained by maintenance manager, and maintenance manager is responsible for collection, verification and preparation of documentation. Critical spares and parts record sheet is document which is prepared by maintenance head and provided to store department to hold sufficient quantity in the stock for emergency situations, when the storage department purchasing or issues quantity that maintenance is also update this sheet as transition made, this document is help to conducting materials which in used for situations which can harm production lines.
