Environment health and safety project review is verification and analysis to identify EHS requirements, resources to maintain and improvement of project.
Environment health and safety project review and its documentation are prepared, maintained and update by concern management i.e. project manager to identify project requirements where each general requirements that direct or indirectly impacting on environment health and safety system, hence during the records / documentation analysis are also identify resources requirement to enhancement in environment health and safety system project by conducting reviews as frequency defined in standard management system formats. During environment health and safety project review, review team is also conducting requirements of individual department, handle records for identify needs to facility enhancement where mostly engineering and maintenance department having a operations that needs to care of safety requirements during operations, production lines where machines and equipment used that each operation conducted by operator with procedure are established to considering requirements of health and safety system. Overall during environment health and safety project review is conducting each issues, activities, department and process that directly or indirectly possibility of violation of terms of health & safety and environment issues.
Environment health and safety project reviews and documentation are established by project manager of whole project or management representative where all activities, process and resources are considered for improvement, The documentation are maintained and update for recording information to conducting analysis process where resources and process activities requirements are considered, engineering controls and its requirements and environmental issues due to manufacturing and supporting processes are manage to provide safe and secure environment to workplace. EHS (Environment health and safety) project review checklist is used for conducting activities of project concern, manufacturing processes and supporting processes and concern activities and each resources are used in company premises is conducted for review to identify requirements of environmental issues, health and safety concern issues and proper solution to provides safe environment to workplaces. The checklist is regular used document in audit functions that the concern records are managed and storage as per standard management system and its disposal is conducted as per retention period.
