  • Trainee concentrate on subjects, observe, receipt, adopt and correct any mistake.
  • Trainer give positive response, feedback and always try to encourage the trainee to maximize involvement in the subject.
  • Trainer monitor and observe that, trainee ensuring process sequence is properly followed. Hence the trainee can perform all training subject in sequence. Steps where all the key elements, which indicate four W and one H.
  • Trainer leave the trainee in the process alone to test the training for some period. To understand the trainee adopts training subject and performing the tasks are learned during training period. Trainee should perform all the subjects and elements in sequence as in provided time frame. In case any questions or suggestion in the mind can solve in return to checking period.

As the part of the follow up processing by trainer should be communicate and confirm the trainee is completed. All the tasks learned and not missed any quality defect during the probation period of the training. All the quality parameters are needs to verified and tests the trainee. Trainer should be conform that each trainee should be qualified for became leader for its locations or group to implement the quality works. Comply all the internal system requirements to lead its team.
