Kitchens and canteens safety inspection process is conduct to ensure departments are established safety required procedures and maintained.
Kitchens and canteen safety inspection process or procedures are established, maintained to ensuring departments’ all activities are conducted to meet the safety requirements, kitchens and canteens concern requirement according to safety that should be properly conducting by departmental peoples and department processes are conducted. In the safety inspection processes conducted to ensure the regular requirements and activities are inspected by inspector according to health and safety standard requirements, there are some basic points are conducted where inspected facility, resources and routine activity, during the monitoring inspected system are managed and maintained safety requirements in those activity.
Inspection of kitchens and canteens safety and its appropriate requirements to maintain safety, safety officer is primary responsible to managing inspection concern safety in all the department including kitchens and canteens and organized and correction according to safety requirements are manage by human resource department and the department is responsible for the activity. Safety office is provides the guidelines to support of human resource department and provides to kitchen and canteen in-charge to follows as requirements of procedures / guidelines. Kitchens and canteens inspection checklist is the document is prepared by safety office to considering requirements of departments & safety concern, the document is conducted during regular tasks that filled by monthly basic by conducting inspection process and filled, during inspection in case any non conformity identified that inspector are recorded in the checklist as the non conformity at appropriate check point, the system is supporting to department head to provides the corrective actions plan and implement in line with non conformity, once the actions are taken that inspector are inspected and close the non conformity.
