Overview
Human resources department are arranging the interview in organization against received applications from candidate for particular job, post at available in the organization. Human resource department is prepared the details of interview, arrangement of interview places and communicate with candidate and also with interview selected by management for particular job post. The interviewers are generally department head or team of management which having sufficient knowledge of job tasks which for candidate had applied and vacancy available.
