3. Drawing description – information about all the drawing concern, design, records and information to easier for the identification of drawing.

4. First Issue Date – Date of the fist time issue drawing.

5. Revision numbers / Date – records of the revision number and date, information about revisions records.

6. Revision change name – After change of the drawing, incase of the drawing name is changed that required to incorporate name of the changed of drawing.

7. Approved by – name of the person who approved changed, approved information about change.

8. Change Log – All the concern information about changes, all the changes are made by the designer team, information of the change / amendments / record information of the changes should be covered all the minor information of the change in the change log.
