This process is manage for preventive maintenance of tools. Which may includes tools maintenance, services and replacement require to appropriate issues. This procedure conducts to ensure the tool reliability and improvement of efficiency of each tool used in production. The process is implement by various methods and standard requirements for maintenance activities. The tool preventive maintenance procedure is implementing by maintenance engineers as maintenance manager prepared schedule to conduct tool for inspection.
Tools are regular requirements and used as bill of materials in production lines. The planning team are prepare requirements and used at appropriate requirements. It is important for maintenance team to check each tool before used in production. Planning team also responsible to intimate to maintenance for check tools before schedule it.. Every tools which are in use of production lines are must inspected.
