Office Safety inspection tip

1. Whether floors have no slippery surfaces due to excessive polish or wax?

2. Check there should not any holes or depressions in floors, and floor corners?

3. check whether ways free of obstructions, electrical cords and outlets

4. Check whether ladder & trolleys conditions, is there any unsafe observed?

5. Check at drawers? On top site any heavy filling are stacked? It’s easy to move fills at drawers?

6. General housekeeping is good?

7. Office lifts inspection frequency maintained? Is there any unsafe behavior lift, excessive noise found?

8. At filling drawers / cabinets and storage, fire extinguisher is deployed? Which type of fire extinguisher is there? Check the sticker of fire extinguisher if available.

9. Fire escape doors unlocked and unobstructed for exit

10. Glass doors either frosted or with lettering or decals

11. Electrical switch and plates are proper fixed?

12. Flammable stationery material is storage safely?

13. When last safety training at office was arranged?

14. First – Aid facilities available at office area? Is there any person among office people is trained for fir aid kit?

15. All electrical fans are properly guarded?

16. Out of these questions, is there any unsafe conditions, unsafe behaviors, unsafe material observed?
