Annual laboratory testing plan
Annual laboratory testing plan establishment needs to maintain testing requirements, verification and implementation of devices used in laboratory.
The laboratory is maintaining the standards requirements of activities to sustain the basic standard system and its requirements, for the standards and implementation management system in laboratory needs to conducting each activity as per standards, monitoring and controls over activities and identification of quality works requirements to implement and sustain. The laboratory needs to maintain and implemented all the parts of the testing conducted in the system, hence each testing should be pre defined and planned as per system standards. The laboratory and its applicable all testing requirements are managed either in-house or by external agencies detailed information should be maintained, hence the each laboratory testing are plan is managed according to equipment and it’s used.
Laboratory testing is basic needs and scope are managed as per standard system requirements, hence the laboratory testing plan is defined by laboratory manager as per equipment and supporting materials used, manufacturer instructions and manuals. Laboratory manager is responsible for preparation of laboratory testing plan, generally testing plan is prepared for annual or for six month as best practices and internal requirements are depended. For the annual laboratory testing schedule, laboratory manager is considering all test requirements, type of tests, frequency of tests etc.., are considered and prepared the annual laboratory testing schedule, see picture below as example:
Annual laboratory testing schedule format is used for recording information of each testing process is need to conducted as per schedule defined by laboratory manager, and laboratory manager is responsible for preparation of laboratory testing schedule, deploy and implement schedule at all the part of laboratory, monitoring and controls over the testing procedures, and verification of each tests conducted as per schedule to implement the processes conducted. The documentation for the planning and scheduling is maintained, filled and update as per test are conducted by concern peoples, hence the each report reference and managed as per schedule prepared and implemented in system.
