Hazardous waste disposal permit
As we discussed in previous posts about hazard waste generations and disposal too, here the hazardous waste which is generate from products / processes that need to disposal through any ways that need to permit of the authorized person, permit of the disposal hazardous waste are generally need to government approved person that having the certificate of the discarding the hazardous goods by the organic ways that minimum risk to environment and human health.
Hazardous waste disposal permit form is used as the question to authorized person, like can we disposal the material? Or we can recycle the material? If the authorized person say yes than requester follows same. This permit form used for the hazardous waste request as below:

Hazardous waste is not just waste it is very critical form of the material which on government eyes are watch on decisions are taken by management of company, in case the organization has no any permit for the recycle / reused / discarding, organization must send to authorized person for disposal in line with government guide line / factory act requirements, law, rules and acts respectively.
