As per ISO 22000 international standard which is requirement of food product manufacturer is recommending some safety precaution to concerning of employee. Some requirements of the manufacturing food product are hygiene performance during the producing food product to maintain quality of the foods. Hygiene performance is also consider as discipline of the working environment, each employee should be work with some primary requirement like uniform, cap, hand glow etc.. To safety of human body as well foods products. For the hygiene performance here as below given example format:
 
  1. Employee Name – Name of employee working with food product and in touch with food material
  2. Division – Name of division where employee working
  3. Required Tick marks if the employee wear uniform, same for cap
  4. Required tick marks if the properly hair & nail are cut.
  5. Checking required for hand glows and personal hygiene
  6. Discipline is major role of the food product manufacturing unit which expecting by management to employee
  7. Remarks if any required
  8. sign off or checked by supervisor signature
