Kaizen is a Japanese word that use in business philosophy for enhance improvement in working habit, “Continuous Improvement” is the base of Kaizen.
Kaizen philosophy say that to increment small changes for improving productivity & Reduce real waste which came from steps of process in any organization that dealings for implementing constant improvement.

What is goal to implement “Kaizen” in organization?
- Reduce Production & Process wastes on each step of procedures.
- Reduce Inventory waste that generates by unorganized inventory practice.
- Reduce time gaps for run any order or process on floor called time waste.

Kaizen is needs to frequently update at places where expecting improvement. The process never ending process of achieving step by step small improvements within the workplace. The structured according organization requirements by aligning resources and encouragement to all employees to contribute in their concern job tasks.

In kaizen, the key objective is systematic process to identify, reduce, and eliminate waste.
Waste can be in any form : Which does not add value to product / service
It can be in form of any activity, Resources, or process.

The management teams should be aware the system and needs to managed required participant.
To define kaizen’ basic principles, and same the deployment in the system. Management takes the right project is also important with assignment of proper role and responsibility for each kaizen event.
Also each kaizen required process should perform as per planning and its preparation. The kaizen implementation required tools should choose as identified requirements to easier for performing and follow up.
