Quality Presentation Evaluation – presentation of the product quality that can be measure & appearance perfect, for the visual inspecting can enable to measure quality of the product perfect appearance, if the customer is dissatisfied that its can put on general or not good appearance quality measurements as evaluation of product.

Customer End installation / Erection / Commissioning Evaluation – mostly happen that appearance of the quality is best but some time happen at the end of the customer production line having a difficult to erection or installation, hence the customer opinion cause mirror and fact about the product quality that directly affect the product quality and design of product. During the installation of the product in case complexes or difficulty found that is improper quality.

Product Reliability Evaluation – reliability of the product is main stream for the manufacturing concern, if the product loss the reliability that all the possibility will close if the product loss its reliability, mostly manufacturer are asking to customer for the product self life to understand the product reliability and try to increase the life of product to minimize possibilities of the failure occasionally that directly affect customer productivity.

9.  Product performance Evaluation – Product performance are depends on the some advance technology, cost and completions, if the customer are opinion that the performance is very low that means the costing of the product at customer end, competitively and very low technique are using in manufacturing at supplier end, hence the performance of the product view of customer need for improvement.

10. Service Evaluation – Service is the best and big part that can be in process services and after sales services if the customer is happy with the timely and quick service that is ok but the customer feedback for the some bad attitude that need to improve.
