Raw material consumption documents
Raw material consumption documents describe details of raw materials used in manufacturing processes for manufacturing product.
Raw material consumption documents are established to collecting information of raw material consumption and issued for production lines to producing materials, the documents are managed on base of issue slip of raw materials and records are maintained to capturing activity of raw material consumption. The documentation for raw material consumption is managed by concern supervisors and raw material manager is reviews and verify the records are maintained during the month / week, the records verification and approval process is maintained as per frequency defined or as per transition happened with raw material department. Raw material consumption documents needs to prepared for managing activity, records of consumption and identification of requirements in the production lines are conducted to know procurement requirements per month or annum, and also conducted to collecting information of consumption records and analysis information of each machine, location and product combination where highest productivity noted and also that which raw materials are sufficiently engaged with production and less issues during the manufacturing processes.
Raw material consumption procedure, guidelines and instructions is prepared by raw materials manager, and responsible for deployed in system, with awareness training, monitoring and controls over activity as procedure deployed in the system, the process is handled by concern supervisor that each supervisor should be trained and educated for conducting activity and the raw materials manager is also responsible for reviews, verification and approval of records as frequency defined. Raw material consumption register format used to recording information of raw material issues / consumption transition and documentation to managing activity records to further analysis. The raw material consumption register is manage each transition made and issued materials to production lines, each raw materials issues / consumption is managed separately and its records are matched to production lines to ensure that the raw materials are conducted as production requirements. The documentation are maintained, update and disposal is conducted as per documentation system.
