Each fire extinguisher’s condition, department wise – as per requirements of manual?
Fire extinguishers are properly located at each department?
Fire extinguishers are easier to accessible & correct type of emergency?
All the fire extinguishers are properly refilled?
Is there all fire extinguisher having a inspection tags/ records?
Are there potential users familiar with operations?
All the fire extinguishers are properly identified?
All the fire extinguishers are deployed as visible for everyone?
Check the locking pin & seal is unbroken or any damage of extinguisher body?
Check the extinguish pipe is properly fixed, un damaged
Check the expiry date on each fire extinguisher; write the locations and number of fire extinguisher’s expiry date near about next month.
Check the pressure gauge, it should be indicate “green” , in case of indicate “Red” or “recharge” Sign immediate replace fire extinguisher from the place.
