Do people take safety precautions during working on height?
Is there any damage of Electrical appliances found around admin area?
Is there any loose wire or open connections?
Do people wear appropriate PPE’s (safety Shoes, Hand glove) during gardening & house keeping work in admin area?
Is there any frequency of checking of office Furniture, earthing connection of computers, cleaning of sanitary , sweeping etc ? Do people follow the frequency ?
Is there proper arrangement for disposal of garbage?
Is there any health check up Records ? Evidence ?
Do people wear appropriate PPE’s (safety Shoes, Hand gloves) during working in pantry / Gardening / security peoples whose are working at admin area?
