Disobedience identification and it’s compliance in environment health and safety management system, by managing, deployment in the inspection / audit system to verify and ensure the system compliance as per standards. In the Environment health and safety management system, internal audit are conducted for identification of disobedience which is identify by compare or considering standards clauses and requirements, process requirements etc.. to managed as disobedience and each identified disobedience are conducted by appropriate department for it’ compliance as per standard requirement, appropriate department managing those reports and document which is provided during the audit, and also the requirements are prepared in compliance report with action plan for particular disobedience, and it’s individual compliance is verified by audit and close the report appropriately.
The procedure for the audit of environment health and safety management system is established and applied in system by management representative and responsible for conducting all the activities concern environment health and safety management system, management representative is responsible for conducting, monitoring and controlling on the activities concern EHS, preparation of the documentation, formatting system and controls over its is also covered in duties and responsibilities. Management representative is also responsible for selection of qualified audit and provides suitable training of internal system; environment health and safety concern audit requirements and training and its verification of effective to auditors are able to conducting internal audit effectively. The documentation for audit are conducted, for the identified all the non-conformity are managed in disobedience report during audit process, see picture as below given example format in disobedience report for education purpose:
In the disobedience report all the non-conformity are managed and the report is submitted to concern department for compliance of requirement. Department head is conducting the report and verify the processes, prepared action plan and implement at appropriate areas, audit team is verify those areas and disobedience as per standard requirements and applicable clauses, on conformance and satisfaction of the implementation audit team is closed the report. Disobedience report is storage and maintained by management representative, and the records are handled as per standards requirements, the documentations are dispose as per retention period.
