Incoming Raw material quality inspection – by Quality assurance engineer, following information are verify and actions to be made:
Material Description – Verify material information
Name of the supplier that material supplied
Quality issues – generally quality assurance mostly focus on the raw material quality to enable quality product on beginning stage of the quality
Actions and planning for the quality assurances, testing and requirements of the quality performances.
Incoming BOM ( Bill of material ) Quality – To maintain quality of the product, there are also required to monitoring and controlling on the material which is used for supporting, mixing for the product is need to quality best, if any BOM quality is not enough cause effects on the product quality, hence quality assurance department are plan to inspect each incoming BOM quality to assurance of product quality: for the BOM quality inspection are same requirement of the raw material hence here we are not discuss on it.
Product Development – Quality Requirements – in the product development, quality assurance play major role to establish quality path for the product, hence quality assurance gives for effort in it, here is sample requirements are given as below:
Description of the development
Required Criteria to ensure quality of the product during development stage of the product
Remarks if required to monitoring and controlling in in-process development stages
Customer Complaints – customers’ complaints are main part that need to consider for the quality product, on base of the feedback of the customers, major issues of customer at customer end ( in-process problems, deviations, variations) are need to in middle of the quality assurance for the increase customer satisfaction:
Nature of complaint – what kind of the generally compliant are received.
Customer name
Root cause analysis for the nature of complaints
Action plan for shooting all the complaints and issues raised.
