In the manufacturing unit so many equipment, device, and measuring instrument are used for the various process and used, each equipment, device and measuring instrument require calibration timely that is as per required frequency of calibration period. Calibration process is the measuring, method wise inspection to identify equipment, device or instrument is still accurate for the processing works, and hence calibration is very important for the manufacturing unit which is directly affect product quality and reputation of company. Calibration process and records are maintain in various types, some companies are maintain calendars, register, records, reports and cards, each document is individually important, calibration is card is the tag type informative card that stacking on the equipment, devices and measuring instruments as per calibration requirements, here as below example format given for reference:

  7. Operating by – Name of operator of Equipment / Device / measuring Instrument
  8. Frequency of Equipment / Device / measuring Instrument calibration
  9. Date of calibration
  10. Calibrated by – Name of Person / Organization / Third Party inspector / Agency
  11. Next Due Date for calibration of Equipment / Device / measuring Instrument
  12. Result of Equipment / Device / measuring Instrument
  13. Comment / Suggestions by Inspector
