Are there peoples are wearing welding masks & welding glasses to perform welding works?
Whether fist aid kits are deployed in work stations?
Is there eye washer / safety showers are deployed in working area?
Area the relevant safety sign boards are deployed?
Is there material safety data sheet is available at work shop? Is there register are maintain for it? Whether concern peoples are aware of the register location?
Is there hazardous material / fuel storage / oil storage etc.. High combustible material storage areas are declared as danger & sign board / display as per safety standards?
Is there main power board / controls are clearly indicated?
Is there workshop’s floor is clearly marked for the particular working area?
Whether wiring, switches, buttons, control panels, all electrical appliances are in good conditions?
Is the electrical powered tools are in good condition?
Whether a ladder is in good condition? Ladder’s steps are the locking devices undamaged and working? Are work platforms properly fitted with safety rails?
