Visitor log book

Visitor log book is are maintained at security gate which is located at main entrance area of the company, all the visitors should be pass the main gate of the company, hence each visitor should be required visitor slip that become a visitor log at day end. This document and records are hold by security / main gate officers, when any visitors are comes to meet any company’s internal person that incoming and outgoing time are mentioned in the visitor log book as record purpose, actually this information about visitor are comes form visitor slip, when the visitor came at main gate, need to fill up the visitor form with all the information in brief of in coming purpose. And as return this visitor slips also mentioned that the visitor met to staff person on base of the signature of staff person after end of the meeting to evidence of the visitor met the desire person on time frame.

3. Name of Person ( Visitor Name)

4. Visitor From ( Name of the company / Firm name )

5. Meeting with ( Internal officer / Staff / manager Name )

6. Reason for visit – Short Description for purpose of the meeting

7. In case of the last time visited at company, information also required to whom visitor met.

8. In time – out time

9. Tim send – Hours and Minutes

10. Activity done during stay
