Is workstation fuel, oil, lubing supply pipes / hoses and guns are free of leaks?
Are there used waste oil and its disposal is proper? What is the method of the waste oil disposal?
Is there oil, grease and burned fuels disposal as per environmental plan? Is there environmental plan is available?
What are the method / procedure of the collection and disposal of the waste oil / fuels / greases, fuel filters, oil filters etc..? is the waste disposal records are evident?
Is there all the petroleum waste and concern waste are storage properly? Storage area is identified, monitored and controlled? Is there evident?
Is there cleaning of the workstation is acceptable standards? Which standards are follows? Is there a record of the housekeeping is maintained?
Is there fire extinguishers are deployed in defined locations? Fire extinguisher’s inspection is done as frequency defined? Is there record are maintain & evident?
Is the adequate ventilation, lighting, toilets is provided?
Whether workstation’s each working area is identified and marked on floor?
Whether in waste storage area / work station area signed “No Smoking zone” or any other warnings?
Are there notice board is maintained & updated?
Material handing, tools, wastes, scrap, chemical and other hazardous material handing instructions / standard procedures are available and displayed?
