5S Tag

As we discussed in previous article about 5S and 6S, here we discuss about 5S tag that used for maintain un used material which is generated during 1^st Stage of the 5S and each stage’s 1^st stage which is shorting and remove unwanted material form work place. 5S tag are used on material to tagging to understand this material are no in used or waste for the department who had tagged on it.

Organization are assigned some people to collect all the unwanted material from various department, why storage at one place with all the tag and records of each material for recycling / repair or replace, if the material is not any used that it will goes for scrap yard to generate money from it.

5S tag is very important to identify the material is where will go or where from it is came. These tags are used until material disposal or dispatch are not done at one place to second place or resolve the issue.

Generally, user department who tagging it, all concern details are mentioned in tag to easier for the collection team to direction provided through 5S tag, in the tag, tagged material go to scrape, organized, resolve or other purpose are clearly mentioned to to enable to possible step for collection team.
