  1. Storage Location – Name of Location, Area, and Unit where materials are stacked.
  2. Rack Number – Some industries are stacking the material ( As per material Stacking Possibility ) rack wise to easier for the identification, searching, maintaining and removing at time of requirements, rack wise stacking is best technique if the material is possible to manage rack wise.
  3. Material Description – Short Description of the material, like size, specification, grades etc. that possible to identify the material for commonly view.
  4. total Boxes / packets  – As per material if the material are maintained stock in unit which can be box, packet, numbers or any unit that easier for the record information, maintain stocks.
  5. Added Quantity – Reporting to added quantity in stock
  6. Add Quantity Date – Date of the added quantity in stock
  7. removed Quantity & Date – Reporting to removed Quantity & respective date of removal
  8. Balance Quantity – Balance quantity at time of added / removed quantity, balance quantity date is depends on added or removed date.
  9. Material Storage Instructions – material storage general instruction for the material stacking, handing, maintaining the stock instruction note for the store keepers, helper and incharge.
